As teased earlier this week, new information for the upcoming Suicide Squad ISEKAI anime has been revealed today during a special stream, and the big reveal includes a new teaser trailer, key visual, main cast details, and a 2024 release window. WIT Studio and Warner Bros. Japan are producing Suicide Squad ISEKAI anime, which was originally announced at this year's Anime Expo.
The trailer previews the anime's opening theme song, Another World, performed by Tomoyasu Hotel, and as you can see below, it shows the anime's original story that features multiple characters from the DC universe, including Harley Quinn, Joker, Deadshot, Peacemaker, and other members of the Suicide Squad exploring a totally different world from their own.
The new key visual for Suicide Squad ISEKAI features Harley Quinn wielding a baseball bat, and in the background, you can see that she's in a fantasy world she's never been before in the DC Comics.

Who are the main staff of Suicide Squad ISEKAI?
Suicide Squad ISEKAI is being directed by Eri Osada while Naoto Hosada is handling the character designs. Eiji Umehara and Tappei Nagatsuki are in charge of the screenplay, and the music will be composed by Kenichiro Suehiro. Akira Amano (known for REBORN!) worked on the original character designs.
What is Suicide Squad about?
Suicide Squad is an anti-hero/villain team featured in a DC Comics series modernized by John Ostrander in 1987 after the characters from the seriesdebuted in The Brave and The Bold comics from the 1950s. The comic book series has been adapted into two featured films (released in 2016 and 2021). Several comic books have depicted various incarnations of the team have existed throughout the years, from the Silver Age to its modern-day post-Crisis re-imagining, to the current version that debuted in 2016.
