Street Fighter 6 was officially released back in early June and has become quite popular since then. The game features three exciting modes: World Tour, Fighting Ground, and Battle Hub, and a diverse character roster of 18 fighters. With the ability to play new fan favorites and legendary fighters, such as Kimberly, Ryu, Jamie, Chun-Li, Kimberly, and more, players have been hooked on this game.
Along with all of these exciting features, Street Fighter 6 is also known for crossing over with different franchises, as well as its own. However, we recently got the news that Street Fighter 6 was planning to collaborate with none other than the Heroes in a Half Shell. The crossover between Street Fighter 6 and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will release on August 8.
During the collab, players can get their hands on some amazing TMNT costumes, gear, stamps, and titles so that they can transform into their favorite turtle. Capcom announced this exciting news at EVO 2023 by revealing a brief teaser, giving fans a look at the turtles making quite an entrance into the iconic Street Fighter game.
Unfortunately, Michelangelo, Leo, Donatello, and Raphael won’t be complete DLC characters in Street Fighter 6. The crossover will also introduce emotes in the game to make the characters act more like the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, including the one in which the fighter is devouring a pizza. Along with this, there will also be TMNT-themed accessories, in-gave device wallpapers, avatar images of the turtles, and camera frames in Photo Mode.
With the TMNT accessories, there’s no doubt you will look exactly like the turtles without even having the whole costume on. This is a great time to be a fan of the half-shelled heroes since Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem recently hit theatres, and the original 1987 TMNT series will soon release on Nickelodeon.
Street Fighter 6 is available to play on PC, PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
