Temuera Morrison is one actor who has played several different characters in the Star Wars Universe, and it makes perfect sense. After all, he originally played Jango Fett in the prequel trilogy films and since the Clone Troopers are Jango's clones, Morrison is the only other person who can play them perfectly (the other person being voice actor Dee Bradley Baker). So when it was announced that the Aquaman star would make an appearance in Obi-Wan Kenobi, fans wondered which Clone he would portray in the Disney+ series but this has not been revealed until now.
In the second episode of Obi-Wan Kenobi, the Jedi Master encounters a downtrodden Clone Trooper begging for credits. He has a quick yet interesting exchange with Kenobi but the identity of the clone, who is once again played by Temuera Morrison, is never revealed.

So was this a new character or a Clone Trooper we have already met elsewhere in the Star Wars Universe? The truth has been revealed by the new Star Wars: Dawn of the Republic: Visual Guide which confirms Morrison portrayed the live-action version of Nax (via The Direct). In the book, the clone is confirmed to be a veteran of the Clone Wars' Battle of Teth, Cristophsis, and Umbara. However, he was discharged due to several injuries and was left to fend for himself by the Galactic Empire.
If Nax sounds familiar, the Clone Trooper appeared in the novelization of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars film and was one of the clones who helped Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano recover a kidnapped Huttlet. Although he also served with Captain Rex, Nax may have never got to work with Kenobi himself.
Playing Nax is just another clone gig for Morrison and we're expecting to see more of him in the future Star Wars projects. For instance, Morrison could soon return as Jango's son in a potential second season of The Book of Boba Fett. However, it has not yet been announced whether the series will be renewed.
