The most recent installment of Ahsoka titled Fallen Jedi delivered a momentous treat for fans. After all, a teaser for the Star Wars series had tantalized fans with new dialogue from Anakin Skywalker and it sparked tremendous anticipation for Hayden Christensen's return to the franchise. That anticipation was ultimately rewarded last week when Anakin finally reunited with Ahsoka Tano. However, there are bigger things to expect in Ahsoka Episode 5.
There is little doubt that the fifth episode of Ahsoka is going to be a big one. After all, it was already announced that Episode 5 will be screened in select theaters and the news sent excitement levels soaring to new heights. In addition to that, Dave Filoni, a beloved figure in the Star Wars creative team, will be directing the upcoming episode. With that in mind, fans are already brimming with uncontainable enthusiasm for what's to come in the series.
What to expect in Ahsoka Episode 5
But what will happen in Ahsoka Episode 5? We already know that the former Jedi ended up in the World Between Worlds where she was reunited with her old Master. In addition to that, Sabine Wren somehow managed to get on the Eye of Scion as Morgan Elsbeth and her companions set out to find Grand Admiral Thrawn. If the previous episode offers any clue, there's a huge chance we will finally get to find out what happened to Thrawn and Ezra Bridger in the final season of Star Wars Rebels.
While we're looking forward to finally seeing Thrawn and Bridger, we're also eager to see more of the reunion between Ahsoka and Anakin. With the two still in the World Between Worlds, they have a lot of catching up to do and we can't wait to see the new interactions between the beloved characters.
Ahsoka Episode 5 has not yet been given an official title. However, the fifth episode of the Star Wars series is set to premiere on Disney+ on Tuesday, September 12, 2023. In addition to that, fans can watch the special episode for a limited theatrical screening on the same day.
