Star Wars: Ahsoka LEGO Set Reveals A New Design For A Famous Rebel’s Character

Jacen Syndulla, one of Star Wars Rebels’ youngest characters and the son of Hera and Kanan, has received a major design overhaul for Ahsoka. He no longer has green hair like he did when fans first met him in the last episode of Star Wars Rebels.

The LEGO set, representing the Ghost crew, shows the young fighter with brown hair, similar to the color of his father’s hair. However, as of right now, we are unsure if he has dyed his hair on purpose to remove the tone or if his green locks grew out as he got older.

The LEGO set also gave us a look at the design of Hera and C1-10P, also known as Chopper. We were introduced to these two characters in the promotional trailers of Ahsoka. Some other characters who were a part of the set are LT. Beyta and First Officer Hawkins. Many fans believe that these characters were specifically created for this series.

Even though there was a Hawkins in Star Wars: The Old Republic, the timeline for Ahsoka and that story tells us that these two are entirely different characters.

According to a Reddit post, the picture of the leaked LEGO set also features a battleship in the background that has never been seen before, which can turn out to be something amazing!

Ahsoka’s Quest

Ahsoka follows the story of a former Jedi knight as she goes on a quest to search for the elusive Grand Admiral Thrawn, who vanished into an unknown sector of the galaxy in Star Wars Rebels. In this series, fans will see the live-action debut of many characters from the animated series, such as Sabine Wren (Natasha Liu Bordizzo) and Ezra Bridger (Eman Esfandi).

It has also been reported that Ahsoka will be a way to tie up multiple hanging plot threads. Dave Filoni, creator and director of the show, has promised fans that Ahsoka will serve as Season 5 of Star Wars Rebels.

Filoni said, "I suppose that's one way of looking at it, because of the epilogue that I did in Rebels. Definitely all signs are indicating that there's a continuation. For me, when I'm telling those stories, I don't limit things like, 'Oh, well, I did it in animation, so I would do it distinctly different in live-action.' There's just the story that it is, and I was telling it in one medium."

Ahsoka is set to premiere on Disney+ on August 23, and fans who wish to catch up on the story can also watch all seasons of Star Wars Rebels on the same streaming service.
