Now that Sung Jin-woo has finally cured his mother from Eternal Slumber with the Elixir of Life in last week's emotional episode of Solo Leveling Season 2 -Arise from the Shadow-, fans are looking forward to the beginning of the highly-anticipated Jeju Island Raid Arc, but before the raid happens, it looks like the next episode will see the Korean and Japanese S-Rank hunters battle it out while training to prepare for the major threats they're about to face.
The official website of Solo Leveling has released preview stills, official synopsis, and staff information for the tenth episode of Season 2 (Episode 22 overall), which is titled We Need a Hero. The next episode, which was released on Crunchyroll this Saturday, March 8. In the addition to the upcoming episode's preview, a main trailer has also been released for Jeju Island Raid Arc.
The new trailer teases what appears to be the biggest threat for the S-Rank hunters yet, giving characters other than Jin-woo their chance to shine, and it looks like there's a reason for that as the official synopsis for the episode reveals that Jin-woo will decline to participate in the raid. While the mission will go smoothly without Jin-woo at first, it looks like the powerful protagonist will eventually have to join the raid to save the day.

Crunchyroll shared a description for Solo Leveling Season 2:
It's been over ten years since gates that lead to another dimension have begun appearing across the world. The battles between the magic beasts inhabiting the dungeons through the gates and the human hunters who have awakened the abilities to fight them show no signs of ending. Ordinarily, a hunter's abilities do not change upon awakening, with their rank never increasing. However, the low-ranked Sung Jin-woo, known as 'The Weakest Hunter of All Mankind,' gained the ability to level up through battle during a raid on a double dungeon. Having completed a job-change quest that earned him the job 'Shadow Monarch' and command over an army of shadows, Jin-woo heads into battle seeking the ingredients for the Elixir of Life to save his sick mother.
