Lee Gwan-hee is being called out for his disrespectful behavior toward other female contestants in the recent episodes of Single’s Inferno Season 3. Despite being a fan favorite, the basketball player-turned-reality-star is now hated after refusing to name the girls he was interested in and only addressing them by using a pronoun and pointing at them.

Gwan-hee revealed he was interested in three girls in Single’s Inferno Season 3. Naturally, everybody wanted to know who they were. So, when Yun Ha-bin asked who they were, everyone was shocked when he just pointed at them and said, “The three women are her, her, and her.”

Even his fellow contender, Son Won-ik, was taken aback by his move and asked Gwan-hee to tell them who the three girls were again. But he just did the same, though he added, “Those two and this one.” Yun Ha-bin then chimed in and told him they all had names.

Yun Ha-jeong then expressed her disappointment over Gwan-hee, saying what he did “felt belittling.” And despite the claims that the Single’s Inferno Season 3 female contenders weren’t supportive of each other, they all came together to call Gwan-hee out. Sure, they all found him funny, but his being overly confident was turning out to be a major turn-off. Even Super Junior‘s Kyuhyun said what he did “crossed the line.”

Who is Lee Gwan-hee?

Lee Gwan-hee is the oldest contestant of Single’s Inferno Season 3. The 36-year-old is a professional basketball player for the LG Sakers, where he plays as a shooting guard. But before playing for the Korean Basketball League (KBL), he was part of the Filipino Professional Basketball Association (FPBA), where he honed his playing skills.

He also tried his luck in joining Single’s Inferno Season 2. However, he failed to make it on the show after the producer Kim Jae-won told Koreaboo that the LG Sakers opposed his audition. But, after two years of persuasion, the team finally allowed him to join the third season. In addition to being an athlete, Gwan-hee is also a vlogger, and fans can see more of his life on his YouTube channel.
