Netflix has released the final trailer for Sakamoto Days TV anime, and it previews the show's English dub version. The English voice cast members have also been revealed along with the trailer's release. The action-comedy anime series is scheduled to premiere on Netflix on Saturday, January 11, and it will run for two split cours. Part 2 is scheduled to premiere in July 2025. The English dub trailer also features footages not shown in the previous trailers.

As for the main Japanese staff, Masaki Watanabe (Bartender) is the director, Taku Kishimoto (BLUE LOCK) is the series composer, and Yo Moriyama (MEGALOBOX director) is the character designer. TMS Entertainment, the same animation studio behind Dr. Stone anime, is in charge of the animation of Sakamoto Days.

What is Sakamoto Days about?
Sakamoto Days is based on the action comedy manga series by Yuto Suzuki. The series has been serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine since November 2020, and as of January 2025, 20 tankōbon volumes have been published.
VIZ Media, the official English publisher of the manga, shared a description for Sakamoto Days:
The first Sakamoto Days game was previously announced for a Spring 2025 launch. It's a mobile game titled SAKAMOTO DAYS: Dangerous Puzzle.
