In just a week, Physical: 100 Season 2 – Underground is about to stun fans with its new larger-than-life challenges that will make the first season look tame. Netflix is now gearing up for the show’s return, promising a much bigger flex than fans have ever seen. So, to prepare viewers for what’s to come, the streamer gives a sneak peek to introduce some of its new challengers, and each one is ready to push their limits in the quest to be the most “ideal physique.”

You can see the preview below:

The new Physical: 100 Season 2 – Underground sneak peek starts by giving a glimpse of its massive set of an underground mine and the familiar plaster torsos as it introduces the new contenders one by one. It starts off with Jung You-in, a national team swimmer who becomes famous for her muscular physique. Next is Lee Jae-yoon, who is praised for his good body. Despite being an actor, the 39-year-old is training in jiujitsu and CrossFit, running, swimming, and other physical activities that help him to become fit.

The preview then shows Seo Young-woo, a national team bobsledder, followed by Jung Ji-hyun, a national team wrestler and a 2004 Athens Olympics wrestling gold medalist. After noticing that the power wrestling lacked representation in the first season with Nam Kyung-jin and Jang Eun-sil, Ji-hyun promised to give his best to show the masses what wrestlers could do.

In addition, Kim Hyeong-kyu joins Physical: 100 Season 2 – Underground. Dubbed as a legend, he’s a national team boxer. Lee Won-hee, a national team judoka, shows up, bowing at everyone while being given a round of applause. Known as a judo legend and the first Korean athlete to win a grand slam in judo, others can’t believe they’re playing with him after not being seen for a long time. With its diversity of new contenders, YouTuber Amotti Crosfitter is ready to take his being a CrossFit enthusiast to another level by joining the hit reality competition series.

Hong Beom-seok is also back to prove his strength and physical abilities after failing to win in the first season. This time, he vows a “do-or-die attitude” to survive until the end. Lastly, Kim Dong-hyun, a famous mixed martial artist and the first Korean UFC fighter with the highest number of wins in Korea, appears, proving he’s a force to be reckoned with, as many start to fear his participation in the show.
