The upcoming fifth and final season of Netlfix's You has officially wrapped its production! Netflix confirmed that the Penn Badgley-starring psychological thriller finished filming Season 5 on August 15.
“YOU has officially wrapped production on its final season 🧢,” the streamer updated on its official X account.
Netflix also shared a TikTok video of Badgley from the last day of filming. The 37-year-old actor, who's best known for his chilling role as the obsessive protagonist, Joe Goldberg, has joined a TikTok trend, showing fans a cheeky behind-the-scenes look at the upcoming final season's production.
“Asked Penn Badgley to film something for his final day as Joe Goldberg and he REALLY delivered,” Netlfix captioned the TikTok video.
"You see how I show up to work?," Badgley says in the clip, which shows him emerging from his ride laden with bags, humorously saying: "Very demure, very mindful."
While walking down the bustling New York City pavements, he playfully said, "I don't really do too much when I'm at work," further declaring, "I'm very... mindful."
The TikTok clip shows Badgley screaming inside the thriller's infamous glass cage where Joe confines his victims. Badgley also addressed his followers, saying: "Playing a romantic icon for five seasons...
"I'm very modest, very mindful. You see my shirt?". Badgley then pans the camera down to show his grey tank top, while making a witty comment about his outfit choice, "Showing the shoulders, not the boulders."
Badgley's TikTok clip matches a fun TikTok trend started by Jools Lebron, who shared advice on fitting workplace fashion for women.

A few weeks ago, Badgley was seen being escorted out of a building in handcuffs while filming a scene for the final season. This seemingly confirmed how Joe's story may end in the finale of the psychological thriller.
