My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! The Movie has released a new character trailer for Sophia Ascart (voiced by Inori Minase). This is the third character trailer released by the upcoming anime movie's production team. The first one was for Catarina Claes, the protagonist of the story, and the second one was for Mary Hunt. Studio Silver Link is charge of the animation for the anime movie that's set to premiere on December 8 in theaters in Japan. Minase also voiced Sophia in the TV anime series.
The isekai anime movie is directed by Keisuke Inoue with scripts written by Megumi Shimizu and Megumu Sasano. Mia Oshima is in charge of the character designs. Last month, a visual was released for the anime movie, which you can check out here:
Based on the light novel series by Satoru Yamaguchi with Nami Hidaka’s illustrations, the film will follow the first two seasons of the TV anime. Season 1, titled My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! premiered in the Spring 2020 anime season; the second season, titled My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! X, aired in the Summer 2021 anime season.

Wealthy heiress Catarina Claes is hit in the head with a rock and recovers the memories of her past life. It turns out the world she lives in is the world of the game Fortune Lover, an otome game she was obsessed with in her past life… but she’s been cast as the villain character who tries to foil the protagonist’s romances! The best ending the game has for Catarina is exile, and the worst, death! She’ll have to find a way to avoid triggering the flags of doom, and make her own happy future! The misunderstanding-based screwball love comedy now begins!
In the movie, Catarina Claes meets a mysterious boy while visiting the shows and dancers brought by merchants from a faraway country, which leads to an unprecedented event for her.
