The anime adaptation of My Instant Death Ability is So Overpowered will be directed by Masakazu Hishida (Fairy Ranmaru, Ensemble Stars!, KING OF PRISM by PrettyRhythm) at animation studio Okuru to Noboru. Jou Aoba (Hishida's penname) is in charge of the scripts of the anime while Sayuri Sakimoto (Tenchi Muyo! Ryo Ohki OAV 5/2020) is handling the character designs. The anime's music will be composed by Hanae Nakamura, Tatsuhiko Saiki, Kanade Sakuma, and Daisuke Kadowaki.
