My Hero Academia has come a long way since it started serialization in July 2014. Kohei Horikoshi’s mega-successful manga has undergone different iterations and has been adapted into other mediums, from movies to anime. So, after three successful movies and another one coming up, Toho Animation releases a special trailer for My Hero Academia: You’re Next, showing Deku, Bakugo, and Shoto’s epic evolution.

You can watch the My Hero Academia: You’re Next trailer below:

The new My Hero Academia: You’re Next trailer takes a trip down memory lane by featuring scenes from the first three movies: Two Heroes, Heroes Rising, and World Heroes’ Mission. It shows Deku finally meeting All Might, followed by a young Deku expressing his longstanding admiration for the Symbol of Peace. The scene then shifts to All Might forming a collaboration between Deku and Bakugo. As things have incredibly changed in the lives of these aspiring Pro Heroes, they now start to prepare to face a new battle.

It then returns to show the Two Heroes’ original character, Melissa Shield, having a good time with the students. Heroes Rising’s young Nabu Island resident Katsuma Shimano tries to save his sister, Mahora Shimano. At the same time, Deku takes to the skies to fight off the enemy, swearing to become a hero. World Heroes’ Mission’s Rody Soul also takes the scene as he calls for Deku.

As the trailer shifts to the upcoming fourth movie, its soundtrack, Homunculus by Vaundy, starts to play. Deku, Bakugo, and Shoto show what they got as they unleash their quirks in preparation for an epic battle. For the first time, it also gives a glimpse of the Gorrini Family, a criminal organization that works with Dark Might.

Deku, Bakugo, and Shoto join forces while the other Class 1-A students show their support for their fellow heroes. Giulio Gandini, the butler who serves the Scervino family, is about to show what he got before the scene is cut to show the family’s daughter, Anna Scervino, crying her heart out. Dark Might lets his power loose, calling it the symbol of his abilities. As the young versions of Deku, Shoto, and Bakugo appear, they show their epic revolution as they begin the war against Dark Might.
