My Hero Academia Season 7 Episode 6 Preview Reveals the Start of the Final Battle

The all-out war between the heroes and villains will finally begin, though it remains to be seen if the heroes' plan to separate the villains will work out in My Hero Academia Season 7 Episode 6.

All for One finally emerges from hiding after Yuga Aoyama tricks him into believing that he has brought him Deku. However, it’s part of the heroes’ plan, setting the stage for the much-awaited all-out war between the two factions. So, after the heroes and villains have finally faced each other in the previous episode, the preview for My Hero Academia Season 7 Episode 6, titled Division, reveals the start of the final battle.

The anime’s official website has released the trailer and stills for My Hero Academia Season 7 Episode 6. The preview begins with All for One levitating while Dabi and Himiko Toga are trapped. Their fellow hero members surround Aoyama and Deku as they prepare to attack the villains. Aoyama looks accomplished after successfully fulfilling the heroes’ plan, while Denki Kaminari, Minoru Mineta, Mashirao Ojiro, Mezou Shouji, and Todoroki Shoto look at him with surprise.

Hitoshi Shinso appears while the narrator reveals that the heroes plan to separate the villains to maximize their attack. Endeavor is burning with rage, while the next scenes play out the appearance of All for One, Shoto, Dabi, Best Jeanist, Shigaraki, Katsuki Bakugo, and All Might one after another as they all prepare for the big battle.

Alternatively, the stills show an enraged Shoto and Dabi, hinting at a face-off between the estranged brothers. Katsuko looks ready to start the fight while beaming with joy. All Might appears worried and furious as the heroes and villains prepare for battle. Neito Monoma also seems to join the fight.

Of course, the war would not have been complete without Deku. The anime’s protagonist is filled with a lot of emotions as he prepares to finally face All for One and Shigaraki, whose eyes are now all white as he’s about to unleash his real strength. For the last still, the heroes unite to defend Japan and its people from the villains’ threat.

What to Expect from My Hero Academia Season 7 Episode 6

My Hero Academia Season 7 Episode 6 will start the final battle between the heroes and the villains. All Might and Aizawa’s plan ignites the war, beginning after they use Aoyama to lure All for One out of hiding. But aside from All for One, the heroes must also prepare to face Shigaraki. After his transformation, his great power is about to be revealed.

The anime is based on Kohei Horikoshi’s manga of the same title. After starting its serialization in July 2014, it has collected 40 tankobon volumes and sold over 100 million copies as of April 2024. Hence, it has become one of the best-selling manga series of all time. Its critical and commercial success has spawned a huge media franchise, inspiring numerous spin-off manga and expanding into light novels, stage plays, and different types of merchandise and media, including video games.

It was also adapted into anime by Studio Bones, with the first season released in April 2016, the second season in April 2017, the third season in April 2018, the fourth season in October 2019, the fifth season in March 2021, and the sixth season in October 2022. It has three animated movies and a fourth one, titled My Hero Academia: You’re Next, coming on August 2, 2024. In addition, it has released nine original video animations (OVA). A live-action movie adaptation is also in the works by Legendary Entertainment.
