The second cour of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 2 kicked off earlier this month, and with the premiere of the second episode of Part 2 (Episode 14), the new opening and ending sequences have been revealed. Mushoku Tensei is one of the many exciting isekai titles headlining the Spring 2024 season, and Studio Bind returns to animate the second half of Season 2. The official YouTube channel of TOHO animation have released the official video for the opening theme song, titled On the Frontline, performed by Hiltorie, and it features animation of Rudeus Greyrat, Sylphie, and their friends. The new ending theme is titled Mamoritai Momo, performed by Yuiko Ohara, and it features fantastic images of Rudeus, Sylphie, and supporting characters of the epic fantasy. You can watch the official video for the new ending theme below:
Hiroki Hirano is directing the second part of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 2, with Toshiya Ono working on the series composition and Sanae Shimada in charge of character designs. Masakazu Miyake is the art director and Yoshiaki Fujisawa is the music composer.
Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 2 is based on the popular isekai light novel series written Rifujin na Magonote and illustrated by Shirotaka. The series began in 2014 and concluded in November 2022 with 26 volumes. It also inspired a manga adaptation and multiple spin-offs. The first volume of the light novel sversion of the Dasoku-hen spin-off was released in June 2023.

Crunchyroll is streaming new episodes of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 2 Part 2 every Sunday. There are currently two episodes for the new cour available to stream, with the third (Episode 15) scheduled to premiere on Sunday, April 21. In North America, the isekai anime is also available to stream on Hulu, which recently merged with Disney Plus. The second cour is confirmed to have a total of 12 episodes, so we can expect 10 more new episodes to premiere throughout the Spring 2024 season.
Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 2 Part 2 is expected to adapt the tenth volume of Rifujin na Magonote's light novel series, which marks the beginning of the Newlyweds Arc. As the title of the arc suggests, the second cour will mostly focus on Rudeus and Sylphy's wedding. It will feature various events such as house hunting and wedding planning, keeping the new couple busy with various tasks as they enjoy their married life.
