There is little doubt that Ahsoka will serve as the sequel to Star Wars Rebels, revealing what happened after the events in the final season. So what can fans expect in the last two episodes of the Disney+ series? Mary Elizabeth Winstead may have confirmed that we're getting the conclusion that Rebels truly deserved.

The previous episode of Ahsoka already gave viewers a little taste of the Star Wars Rebels sequel they wanted. Episode 6 brought back Grand Admiral Thrawn AND Ezra Bridger, who had an emotional reunion with Sabine Wren. So it's no surprise that people are expecting to see more of both characters and learn what happened to them after all this time.

So is it happening this week? Mary Elizabeth Winstead was a guest on the Dagobah Dispatch podcast where she spoke about the Ahsoka moment that she wants fans to see.

"There were several, there’s one that, I don’t want to give anything away, but it was kind of carrying all the seasons of Rebels into it, and kind of the emotional history of that, as well as everything that happened between the end of Rebels and the beginning of our show, and getting to kind of bring all of that to fruition and a satisfying way, and that was really amazing to get to do," Winstead said.

It's an interesting tease considering that we've already seen Ezra's reunion with Sabine, and it didn't involve Hera Syndulla, the character played by Winstead. So does this mean we're getting something bigger in Ahsoka's final two episodes? It's certainly something that everyone is looking forward to and we're hoping it will all be worth the wait.

Although Winstead didn't reveal what the Ahsoka moment is, there are speculations that it might involve the reunion between Ezra and the rest of the surviving Ghost crew. That means Hera could finally get to see Kanan Jarrus' former Padawan, and Jacen Syndulla is set to meet a true Jedi just like his late father. Hopefully, it will also involve two more Rebels characters who have yet to make an appearance in the show.
