The conflict ensues as Mahito faces off against Kokichi Muta, following the revelation that Mechamaru's operator was the mole for Geto's gang. Kokichi initially struck a deal with Mahito to share information about Satoru Gojo in exchange for a healthy body. However, once their arrangement concluded, Kokichi turned against Mahito, engaging in a fierce battle with the curse in a bid to exorcise it.
