The sixth character trailer for I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level Season 2 puts Rosalie in the spotlight.

The anime adaptation of Kisetu Morita and Benio's I’ve Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level light novel series is getting ready to return for its second season, and today, a new character has been released for Rosalie, a ghost who died 140 years ago on the site of Halkara's Nutri-Spirit factory and haunted area until Azusa, Beelzebub, and Halkara helped to free her from her resting place. The character is voiced by Riho Sugiyama, who's known for voicing Minare Koda in the anime series Wave, Listen to Me! and Anita JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind among other anime roles. Previously, the official website of the anime released character trailers for Azusa and Laika. More recently, a character trailer for Falfa and Shalsha Beelzebub, and Halkara were also released.

Studio Teddy will be animating I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level Season 2, with Kunihisa Sugishima as the director, Naohiro Fukushima as the series composer, Hikaru Kodama as the character designer, and Keiji Inai as the music composer. Season 1 premiered in 2021, with studio Revoroot in charge of its animation.

What is I’ve Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level about?

The I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level anime is based on the light novel series of the same title (Japanese: Suraimu Taoshite Sanbyaku-nen, Shiranai Uchi ni Reberu Makkusu ni Nattemashita) written by Kisetu Morita and illustrated by Benio. The first volume of the light novel series was published by SB Creative in 2017, and as of August 9 of this year, there are 25 volumes released.

Yen Press, which licensed the series in English, shared a story description for I’ve Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level:

After living a painful life as an office worker, Azusa ended her short life by dying from overworking. So when she found herself reincarnated as an undying, unaging witch in a new world, she vows to spend her days stress free and as pleasantly as possible. She ekes out a living by hunting down the easiest targets – the slimes! But after centuries of doing this simple job, she’s ended up with insane powers…how will she maintain her low key life now?!
