The TV anime adaptation of Yomu Mishima's I'm the Evil Lord of an Intergalactic Empire! is scheduled to begin this April, and today, GREE Entertainment has released the second trailer and announced three additional cast members. The new trailer previews the sci-fi isekai's comedic story and features its tyrannical protagonist, Liam. The three newly-announced cast members are Shinichiro Miki, Yoji Ueda and Tetsu Inada, who will play Yasushi, Brian, and Gores, respectively.
In addition to the trailer and cast, the artists who performed the upcoming anime's opening and ending theme songs were revealed. Saishu Mirai Shoujo is performing the opening theme song while Nagi Fujisaki is performing the ending theme song.

As for the staff, studio Quad is producing the animation of I'm the Evil Lord of an Intergalactic Empire!, with Tetsuya Yanagisawa (Berserk of Gluttony) as the director and Katsuhiko Takayama as the series composer. Kazuya Morimae (Miss KUROITSU from the Monster Development Department) is in charge of the character designs, and Yusuke Ceo and Shun Narita are the music composers.

What is I'm the Evil Lord of an Intergalactic Empire! about?
I'm the Evil Lord of an Intergalactic Empire! (Ore wa Seikan Kokka no Akutoku Ryōshu!) is based on the harem isekai light novel series written by Yomu Mishima and illustrated by Nadare Takamine, which began serialization as a web novel published on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in August 2018. It was later acquired by Overlap who started publishing it under their Overlap Bunko light novel imprint in July 2020. In May 2021, Overlap's Comic Gardo manga websit launched a manga adaptation illustrated by Kai Nadashima.

In his last life, Liam lived as a moral, responsible person…but died deep in debt and betrayed by his wife. But somehow, things refuse to work out that way.
