Here's the official synopsis for I'm in Love with the Villainess Episode 7:

In the Academy Knights, where many students are royalty and nobility, few have the spirit and knowledge of serving and hospitality. In order to learn the “spirit of service” for opening a coffee shop, Rod invited Claire’s maid, Lene, as an instructor. With the help of Lene’s surprising teaching ability, the group members learn to serve customers. Rei, too, is steadily making preparations, such as devising a recipe to serve at the coffee shop based on her knowledge from a previous life. Thus, the curtain rose on the Anniversary Festival.
