Nozomi Ginyoku's I’m a Behemoth, an S-Ranked Monster, but Mistaken for a Cat, I Live as an Elf Girl’s Pet light novel series is getting an anime adaptation. The official announcement of the comedy fantasy series came with a teaser visual and commemorative illustration, the latter illustrated by the manga's artist, Taro Shinonome. It was also revealed that the cast will include Tasuku Hatanaka as Tama, Rino Sugiyama as Tama's cat form, and Hinaki Yano as Aria.

What is I’m a Behemoth, an S-Ranked Monster, but Mistaken for a Cat, I Live as an Elf Girl’s Pet about?
I’m a Behemoth, an S-Ranked Monster, but Mistaken for a Cat, I Live as an Elf Girl’s Pet started as a web novel written by Nozomi Ginyoku, releasing on Shousetsuka in Narou in 2017. A light novel series illustrated by Mitsuki Yano started in 2018, and it was published under Micro Magazine's GC Novels label, and two volumes as of the same year.
The manga adaptation, which was published by Hakusensha, started serialization in Young Animal Arashi in March 2018, and transferred to Young Animal in July 2018 following the end of the former magazine. Volume 11 of the manga series is scheduled to release on March 29, 2024.
