The official website of the anime shared the synopsis for Hotel Inhumans:
The finest hotels meet certain conditions: “exquisite cuisine,” “supreme relaxation,” “enticing entertainment”… and “arrangement of the latest weapons,” “secure identity falsification,” “flawless body disposal”—!? At this hotel, the guests are assassins, and serving them is a concierge who will never say “NO.” What are the desires of these inhumans (those who are not truly human)—the assassins—expressed on the edge of life and death? The curtain rises on a striking killing-hotel drama!
