Epic Games has featured many collaborations and introduced a variety of pop culture icons in Fortnite, attracting players worldwide. This also includes the collaboration with the world-famous producer and rapper Travis Scott. The “Astronomical” live event is a concert that was held in Fortnite by Travis Scott on April 23-25, 2020.
This epic event was the highlight of the collaboration between Fortnite and Travis Scott. The players were also allowed to buy the Travis Scott outfit from the Fortnite Item Shop during the event. But now it has been almost three years since players last saw the Travis Scott skin in the game.
Epic Games decided to vault the skin due to some controversies surrounding the musician and a devastating event that occurred at one of his concerts. As a result, the skin no longer appears in the Fortnite Item Shop, and now that Travis Scott’s upcoming album Utopia is about to release, fans are demanding Epic Games bring back Travis’s skin once again.
Fortnite Players Demand Epic Games Bring Travis Scott’s Skin Back in the Game
Fortnite players have been caught up with tweeting about the potential return of the Travis Scott cosmetic items to the Item Shop. However, it is important to note that Epic Games has not officially confirmed the skin’s return to the game. Nevertheless, this does not stop fans from hoping that it will make a comeback before the release of the rapper’s new album, Utopia.

On his official Twitter account, Travis Scott announced the release date of his upcoming Utopia album, which is July 28, 2023. A Fortnite player who couldn't buy the skin when it was in the game tweeted, “Let’s go I could finally buy Travis Scott, but I already have Astro Jack,” whereas another player claims that the rumors are fake, saying, “The whole community is overdosing on Travis Scott cope. It’s not coming back”.
A third tweeted, “There’s a lot of things backing up the return on the 28th including this tweet that Tim Sweeney liked about Travis Scott.” In an attempt to conclude the argument, a fourth Fortnite player commented, “Anyone who knows Travis and his Cactus Jack brand knows he likes to keep his stuff exclusive and he only drops things once.”
So far, these are just rumors, and no official announcement has been made if the Travis Scott skin will be returning to the game, so fans should not get their hopes up. However, if these rumors do turn out to be true, the next Fortnite update on July 25 might include Travis Scott’s skin game files to the Item Shop.
