A new trailer and key visual for the highly-anticipated Fire Force Season 3 have been revealed at CCXP24 24 event in São Paolo, Brazil. It was previously announced at Anime Expo that the third season of Fire Force will be a split-cour final season, with the first cour premiering in April 2025, and the second half will begin broadcasting in January 2026. Crunchyroll will stream the new episodes as they air. Watch the action-packed trailer for Fire Force Season 3 below:
Fire Force Season 3 will be directed by Tatsuma Minamikawa (Undead Unluck, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure), with Hideyuki Morioka in charge of the character designs. David Production, which produced the animation for the first two seasons, will also be in charge of the animation of the third season. Season 1 aired in December 2019, and ran for 24 episodes; Season 2 aired in 2020 and also ran for 24 episodes.

What is Fire Force about?
The Fire Force anime is based on the dark fantasy manga series of the same title (Japanese: En'en no Shōbōtai) by Atsushi Ohkubo (also the creator of Soul Eater). The series was serialized in Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine from September 2015 to February 2022, with its chapters collected in 34 tankōbon volumes. Kodansha USA licensed the manga for English-language release for North American audience.
