Kaoru Shinozaki's Failure Frame: I Became the Strongest and Annihilated Everything With Low-Level Spells light novel series is getting an anime adaptation, which was announced with a teaser and key visual along with a 2024 release window. Both the teaser trailer and key visual depict the horrors of the upcoming anime's dark fantasy world as they feature the protagonist, Mimori Touka. Just like Solo Leveling's hero, Sung Jinwoo, you can see that Mimori starts off weak, but appears to become much more powerful later on. Watch the teaser trailer for Failure Frame here:

What is Failure Frame about?
The Failure Frame anime is based on the light novel series of the same title (Japanese: Hazure Waku no "Jōtai Ijō Sukiru" de Saikyō ni Natta Ore ga Subete o Jūrin Suru made) written by Kaoru Shinozaki. It originated on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in November 2024, before it was acquired by Overlap, which published the series in print with illustrations by KWKM in July 2018. It also received a manga adaptation written by Keyaki Uchi-Uchi and illustrations by Shō Uyoshi, and it began serialization on the Comic Gardo website in July 2019.
Seven Seas Entertainment, which holds the English license for the Fatal Frame light novel series, provided a plot description:
