
The official accounts of the beloved anime adaptation of Dan Da Dan has released a teaser trailer and preview stills for its fourth episode, titled Kicking Turbo Granny’s Ass, and will feature Okarun and Momo heading to the tunnel to confront Turbo Granny again and undo Okarun's curse. In the previous episode, we saw the duo had a brief training session with Granny Seiko, and Episode 4 could give us a glimpse of Turbo Granny's backstory and the reasons why she fused with a location-bound spirit.
The new teaser trailer reveals that this week's episode is going to be intense and action-packed. Okarun and Momo will have to fight against a location-bound spirit in the shape of a crab, and much of the animation will be shaded in red. Watch the teaser trailer for Dan Da Dan Episode 4 below:

Dan Da Dan anime is directed by Fuga Yamashiro, with Hiroshi Seko as the series composer, and Naoyuki Onda as the character designer. Science SARU is in producing its animation. Creepy Nuts performed the anime's opening theme song Otonoke while Zutomayo performed the ending theme song, TAIDADA.

Dan Da Dan Episode 4 Release Date and Where to Stream
The fourth episode of Dan Da Dan is scheduled to broadcast in Japanese networks at 12:26 am JST on Friday, October 25, 2024, so this means that most viewers outside of Japan will be able to watch the episode on Thursday, October 24 and release times would vary depending on your time zone and region.
Dan Da Dan Episode 4 will be available to stream with English subtitles on both Netflix and Crunchyroll throughout the Fall 2024 anime season. The first season of Dan Da Dan is confirmed to have a total of 12 episodes, so we can expect 9 more new episodes to release in the upcoming months The English dub for the anime is currently in production, but no release date has been announced at the time of this writing.
What is Dan Da Dan about?
Dan Da Dan anime is based on the romantic comedy / supernatural manga by Yukinobu Tatsu, which began serialization on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ service in 2021. As of July 2024, its chapters have been collected into 15 tankōbon volumes.
