The official accounts of Dan Da Dan anime has released a teaser trailer and preview stills for its third episode, which is titled It’s a Granny vs. Granny Clash!, and it will feature the appearance of Momo’s grandmother, Seiko Ayase. In order to lift his curse, Okarun and Momo must play tag with Turbo Granny. Dan Da Dan Episode 3 is scheduled to premiere on Crunchyroll and Netflix this Thursday, October 17. The official synopsis of Dan Da Dan Episode 3 reads:
Due to the curse of Turbo Granny, Okarun transforms. Unable to control his power, he goes on a rampage, but is saved just in time by Momo’s grandmother, Seiko, a spiritual medium. To lift the curse, Momo and Okarun are forced to play a game of tag with Turbo Granny. Before the showdown, Seiko orders the two to undergo special training. However, during the session, Turbo Granny appears before Momo…
Dan Da Dan anime is directed by Fuga Yamashiro, with Hiroshi Seko as the series composer, and Naoyuki Onda as the character designer. Science SARU is in producing its animation. Creepy Nuts performed the anime's opening theme song Otonoke while Zutomayo performed the ending theme song, TAIDADA.

What is Dan Da Dan about?
Dan Da Dan anime is based on the romantic comedy / supernatural manga by Yukinobu Tatsu, which began serialization on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ service in 2021. As of July 2024, its chapters have been collected into 15 tankōbon volumes.
