The Boruto manga series by Masashi Kishimoto and Mikio Ikemoto just kicked off its second part following a major timeskip, and it's titled Boruto: Two Blue Vortex. Now, one beautiful cosplay is helping to celebrate the beginning of Part 2 of the popular shonen series by highlighting Sarada Uchiha's iconic new design after the timeskip.
Earlier this year, the first part of the series, Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, wrapped up with 80 chapters completed and the final chapter teased that fans would finally be seeing a timeskip into the future that was originally teased at the very beginning of the Boruto manga series. About four years after the events of that final chapter, we finally get to see how the characters have changed in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, and as expected, Boruto, Sarada, Kawaki, and even Himiwari have grown up.
Sarada's new character design, which debuted in the first chapter of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex released on August 20, has become one of the most-talked-about manga topics in recent weeks, and now, this new design has made the leap from the page to reality thanks to @jucyzxz on Instagram who has accurately captured Sarada's new look, and has made waves with the anime/manga community for being one of the first major takes of a teenage version of Sasuke's daughter. How did Sarada's character design change in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex?
From the first page of the manga chapter, fans have expressed their admiration for her stylish new character design. She has a cool new outfit that integrates jewelry from the Uchiha clan, comprising a choker and earrings. Her new hairstyle exudes a chic and mature appearance, while still retaining her signature eyeglasses. Her attire is slightly more revealing, accentuating the allure of her maturing adolescent physique - a rebellious aesthetic that aptly complements her character development. Of course, she's still wearing the same kind of eyeglasses we've seen her wear in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations.
Expect to see more of Sarada's new character design in the second chapter of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, which is scheduled to release on Viz Media and MangaPlus later this month.
