Believer 2 New Preview Stills Feature Big Knife's Sinister Side

Jo Jin Woong will soon return to reprise his role as Detective Jo Won Ho in Believer 2. He will be once again after Brian’s (Cha Seung Won) cartel while on a hunt for Rak (Oh Seung Hoon). But aside from these familiar characters, a new one will be introduced in the sequel movie, and Netflix has given a glimpse of the sinister side of Big Knife (Han Hyo Joo), Mr. Lee’s right-hand woman, in the new preview stills.

The preview features the intense scenes of the characters as they fulfill their own missions. Won Ho seems swamped with work as he’s glued to his laptop and deep in thought. He’s next seen in a greenhouse and appears to be looking for someone.

The next stills focus on Brian, who looks lunatic in his hospital gown while sitting in his wheelchair and being guarded by two men with guns. He then shows a confused appearance as he’s about to move his wheelchair. For his last still, he looks clean and tidy, though he seems to be disappointed and crying with his hand on his face.

Big Knife then dominates the next previews, as Netflix introduced her character in Believer 2. She’s first seen with her group of bad guys, and though she looks thin and frail, she’s every inch intimidating with her fierce gaze. Fans are about to see a different Hyo Joo this time as she evidently undergoes a major transformation. In one scene, she talks to a man while sitting on a couch, and she seems ready to beat a different guy in another, giving him a furious look.

The new stills also feature Rak sitting alone in an abandoned place with traces of blood on his face. In the next one, he’s being carried by two guys as he looks badly beaten, with wounds, bruises, and blood covering his face.

What is Believer 2 about?

Believer 2 will once again see Won Ho looking for Mr. Lee. Though Brian is a big force in the drug cartel, he believes he’s not Mr. Lee, and the big boss of the largest drug ring in South Korea remains at large. But aside from these two, he will also look for Rak, who has been missing since Brian’s incarceration. However, as he begins his quest, Won Ho is about to meet Big Knife, Mr. Lee’s trusted right-hand woman from China. She comes to South Korea to face Rak and the detective. And among these people, she’s the only one who knows the real Mr. Lee.

Believer 2 will be released on Netflix on November 17. With the addition of an intriguing character and the continuation of Won Ho’s mission to find Mr. Lee, this will be another movie worth watching. So, will Won Ho finally find Mr. Lee?
