A new trailer for the anime adaptation of Ryo Shirakome's Arifureta: From Commonplace to World's Strongest light novel series has been revealed at its Anime Expo 2024 panel. Season 3 was officially announced on September 10, 2022, during the advance screening of Season 2's OVA. The latest trailer confirms its October 2024 premiere date.
Studio Asread is producing the animation for Arifureta Season 3, and it's being directed by Akira Iwanaga, who's known for directing episodes of The Faraway Paladin. Season 2 was directed by the same staff while the first season was directed by Kinji Yoshimoto at animation studios Asread and Whitefox, in 2019. The main cast of the anime includes: Toshinari Fukamashi as Hajime Nagumo, Yuki kuwahara as Yue, and Minami Takahashi as Shea Haulia. Last month, the production team released a fantastic visual for Arifureta Season 3 along with the announcement of its premiere.

What is Arifureta about?
The harem isekai fantasy anime is based on Ryo Shirakome’s light novel series Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest (Arifureta Shokugyo de Sekai Saikyo) light novel series. The series was serialized by Overlap with illustrations by Takayaki from 2015 to 2022, and there's a total of 13 volumes in circulation. The series was licensed in English by J-Novel Club, and it's being printed by Seven Seas Entertainment.
