The end of Ahsoka Episode 4 revealed something huge for fans, from which they still haven’t recovered. The episode features the first-ever live-action meeting between Ahsoka Tano (played by Rosario Dawson) and Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen). His sudden appearance in the show caught fans off guard, as the Disney+ series occurs after Darth Vader/Anakin’s death and the events of The Return of the Jedi take place.
This particular ending scene left plenty of questions in the minds of fans, who are eagerly waiting for the next episode to be released soon. In the meanwhile, IGN spoke to the director of Ahsoka Episode 4, Peter Ramsey, last week regarding the whole experience of bringing the popular character back into the Star Wars franchise after several years.
During the time that the prequels were in theatres, Hayden Christensen’s Anakin Skywalker faced tons of criticism from fans. But since then, the fans of the franchise have reconsidered their feelings when it comes to the prequels as well as the abuse faced by Ahmed Best, Christensen, Jake Lloyd, and a couple of other members of the prequels series cast. Many people are looking forward to seeing Christensen and Best being successful in Ahsoka.

In an interview with IGN, Ramsey said, "I told Dave [Filoni], 'man, you gave me a foolproof episode. I so lucked out because I got the one where all these different strands of the story kind of converge, and it blows up. You'd have to really mess up in order for it not to be compelling in the end." The filmmaker also praised the actor personally, claiming that Christensen was pretty happy himself to bring the character of Anakin back to life.
Ramsey shared, "He's a really sweet, low-key guy. He was pretty happy about being there after all this time. It had a lot of meaning for him. We just talked about what it's like for him to be seeing Ahsoka after all this time, that it's a reunion for them. And I just told him, 'it's like you haven't seen your daughter in two years. She'd gone off to college, and you're seeing her again, and she's like a different person but still your daughter.'”
The History Of Ahsoka
The popular Star Wars hero Ahsoka Tano finally makes her solo debut in the live-action adaptation of the Disney+ series. Rosario Dawson plays the role of Ahsoka in Star Wars: Ahsoka, which was released on August 22 on the streaming platform. The series follows the events of The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett, in which the Jedi was busy looking for Grand Admiral Thrawn and helping Luke Skywalker train Grogu.
Ahsoka’s long-time allies, Sabine Wren and Hera Syndulla join her in this mission of tracking down Thrawn. He was last seen vanishing into the far reaches of space after he had to confront Ezra Bridger. Star Wars: Ahoksa is Lucasfilm’s most recent live-action adaptation, which was brought about by the popular duo of Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau.
Now that episode 4 has piqued the interest of many, fans are desperately waiting for the next episode to release so they can have some of their questions answered, such as where did Anakin come from? What does he possibly have to say to Ahsoka? Was he the one responsible for bringing Ahsoka into the World Between Worlds? Let’s wait and watch!
